Ben Webb is the visionary behind 3Stories, a London-based design agency specialising in hospitality spaces that inspire, delight, and connect. With a career spanning over 20 years, Ben’s passion lies in crafting environments that shape memorable guest experiences - from intimate independent cafés to globally recognised hotels. A graduate of Kingston University, Ben began his design journey at Blacksheep, where he cut his teeth on a range of restaurant, bar, and hotel projects during the boom of casual dining. After a stint exploring his love for photography, Ben returned to his design roots, working alongside architect Andy Martin to launch Superfutures. In 2017, Ben co-founded 3Stories, combining his expertise in interiors, branding, and strategy to build a studio that thrives on creativity and collaboration. In addition to leading 3Stories, Ben served as Design Director for TVG Hospitality, overseeing high-profile projects in both the UK and US. His work included The Orion Amphitheatre in Huntsville, Alabama, Naud Street in Los Angeles and Goods Way London, where he brought his expertise in creating dynamic, guest-focused entertainment spaces Under Ben’s leadership, 3Stories has grown into a 12-strong team, renowned for blending brand strategy with interior design to create holistic narratives that resonate with both clients and their audiences. Recent projects include the redesign of the iconic Roast restaurant in Borough Market and a transformative global rebrand for Pullman Hotels. For Ben, each project begins with a blank slate, where research, storytelling, and collective thinking come together to spark innovative, people-centred designs. Ben believes that you can’t design for hospitality without truly living and breathing the industry. He and his team immerse themselves in exploring concepts and experiences to stay ahead of trends and create spaces that stand the test of time. Whether shaping a boutique café or redefining a global hotel brand, Ben remains driven by a love of design and the thrill of crafting spaces that bring people together.
