Description
This classroom project responds to the environmental harm caused by synthetic, non-biodegradable materials that dominate the bag and accessories industry. It promotes the use of sustainable cotton canvas and vegetable-tanned leather from Jawaja, Rajasthan (a 300-year-old tradition of leather craftsmanship). The aim was to create practical, aesthetically minimal products that support slow fashion and conscious consumption. The project specifically targets a niche market of photographers, addressing common functional issues they face during shoots through thoughtfully designed accessories.
