Located in the urban area of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, this project is a renovation of a fully-furnished residence. Guided by sustainable design principles, the intervention preserves the existing structural framework of the hardcover unit while implementing lightweight modifications and creative spatial reconfiguration. This approach infuses the space with soulful vitality, achieving a dual enhancement in both functionality and emotional warmth. The redesigned environment ultimately creates a dwelling that embodies aspirations and tender comfort, filling the home with hope and warmth. This project takes "Light as a Growing Organism," as the core and incorporates rainbow motifs throughout the interior. Through a dynamic dialogue between color and luminosity, it constructs a living space radiating warmth and vitality, actualizing the design philosophy that "a home should embrace diverse lifestyles like a rainbow." Within this chromatic environment, every occupant discovers their own narratives of warmth amidst the prismatic glow, where multicolored halos become personalized annotations of belonging.
