Description
This project is situated in a high-end residential area surrounded by the Xiangjiang River and a wetland park. The design draws inspiration from Hunan Embroidery, extracting patterns and colors from a cultural relic in the Hunan Embroidery Museum and integrating natural imagery such as the Xiangjiang River, Lushan Mountain, and Mao Zedong's poems. The concept "Splendid Hunan, Blossoming Garden Mansion" combines cultural heritage and modern landscape design. Key highlights include Changsha's first residential development with Hunan Embroidery IP, a 190-meter luxury hotel-style facade, and a 2,000-square-meter sunken courtyard featuring a "four-season garden tour." The design solves challenges of low visibility and seamless circulation with a themed facade and dual visiting routes. Green and sustainable practices are integral, with plant selections for year-round beauty and durable materials like China Black granite to reduce maintenance. Water features are designed with a circulating system for ecological benefits.
