Description
LU STYLE, in Shanghai's MixC World, blends history with modern design. As the only Michelin-starred Shandong cuisine restaurant in China, it uses light to narrate time, nature, and emotion.
Inspired by "Wind from the Sea," light becomes a medium, creating fluid poetry. At the entrance, a bronze staircase, lit by natural light and hidden spotlights, guides diners into a divine space. The dome, with diffused lighting, simulates lunar phases, transforming time into flowing light, evoking "dusk settling, light warming as night deepens."
In the "Living Room," lighting merges with new media art, turning glass into delicate veils. The backdrop, like rolling waves, shifts with the dining rhythm, using soft hues and animations to reflect nature and life. Corridors and private rooms maintain serenity, blending materials to evoke time and space.
LU STYLE's lighting explores time, nature, and emotion. Through light and shadow, the space becomes a vessel of time, letting diners experience the "true essence of time."
