Chengdu Future Science and Technology City Corridor Zone
Description
The project situated in Chengdu Future Science City, is designed with boundary-less cityscape and low carbon wisdom as its core themes. It aims to create a life green valley by integrating background resources, enhancing activity spaces, and fostering seamless interaction between the community and city park. The project promotes slow-moving spaces, connecting functional clusters with a central green axis park through a staggered system, improving citizens' living experiences with open views and accessible transportation. It also emphasizes supporting facilities for a 5-10 minute living circle, catering to diverse and humanized living services, and is structured around three major functional systems: gateway commercial, low-carbon ecological, and intelligent residential sections, with TOD at its core. This case, as the core component of Chengdu Future Science and Technology City, opens up a super park community full of vitality and innovation for the citizens of Chengdu.
