Baoding elementary School project is aimed to provide a high standard and demonstrative education service supporting facilities for the residents and workers in a high-tech innovation and entrepreneurship park, as well as promoting the innovated teaching concept. In the traditional view, education is a process of transferring the material of "knowledge" from teachers to students. However, in the innovated sociological learning view, the process of participation is the key to learning. Students do exercise for how to think and interact with others during the participation. So we refused the traditional layout of regular deviation zoning by dynamic and static, or by teachers’ pattern and students’ pattern. With replace, we moderately break down and reassemble the regular organization of “formal teaching apace” and “informal teaching space”, re-define the indoor, semi-outdoor, and outdoor activity spaces in a contextualized and storytelling manner, in order to maximize its compatibility with "teaching" and "learning" activities and making all spaces active for "teaching" and "learning".
