Description
The DouDian Industrial Park Data Center in Beijing's Fangshan District is a National Green Data Center, spanning 102,000 sqm across two phases. Phase I's South Zone includes three R&D labs and a dormitory (7,800 sqm) linked by an elliptical corridor, while the North Zone and Phase II house seven cloud computing centers (78,000 sqm) meeting GB50174-2017 Class A standards with 4.4kW cabinets.
Architecturally, the South Zone blends exposed concrete with glass curtain walls and atriums, while the North Zone uses fiber cement panels for dynamic facades. Modular layouts optimize energy efficiency. Sustainability features include waste heat reuse for HVAC, recycled water for cooling, and redundant water systems.
Landscaping incorporates permeable paving and grass slopes for stormwater management. The design achieves low Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), balancing industrial precision with ecological responsibility. Certified by CQC, it sets a benchmark for green, high-performance data centers.
