Description
The National Financial Information Building, located in Beijing’s Lize Financial District, is a 200-meter-tall, 39-story office tower with a total floor area of 227,500 sqm. Strategically positioned on the district’s central axis, it neighbors Lize SOHO and Ping An Financial Center, forming a prominent skyline. Designed as a dignified, modern gateway, the "quasi-twin tower" layout connects two symmetrical towers at 100m and 200m, enclosing a shared atrium below and creating a landmark silhouette. The spatial configuration maximizes visual permeability while integrating with the urban context. Led by Xinhua News Agency’s vision, the design balances functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. The project targets a Three-Star Green Building Certification through integrated architectural and engineering solutions. Office spaces feature high ceilings, natural ventilation, panoramic views, and adaptable layouts. The design prioritizes a rational structure, sustainable construction, and long-term performance, establishing the building as a gateway of finance, technology, and culture within Lize.
