The project is planned with a 200-meter super high-rise R&D office building and a 100-meter dormitory building arranged in a staggered manner in the north-south direction. Together with a 24-meter low-rise and multi-story office building and a 32-meter high-rise office building. The rich product diversity has also formed an undulating skyline. The design inspiration comes from the inheritance of the memory of Huaqiang Laser. The beam from the ground to the sky divides the main tower, and the prism-shaped designs of the tower crown and the refuge floors are all interpretations of light. Along the horizontal axis of the site, the "Corridor of Humanities" is created, which is connected in series to form a sequence of public open spaces of different scales, making the industrial park a place where the surrounding people are willing to engage in activities even at night. The entire project revolves around an urban garden that is open to the public 24 hours a day. It combines dormitories, office buildings, commerce, public gardens, community facilities, and a diverse urban environment, creating a new industrial city image that is not ostentatious but humanistic.
