Betsalel Hillel Fogel alias Bobby Fogel is a Belgian architect, founder and creative partner of BF Architecture based in Antwerp, Belgium. He received a Bachelor and a Master in Science Engineering of Architecture degree from the VUB (Free University of Brussels). His architecture are distinguished by implementing the Genius Loci in resulting to an “architecture parlante”. Fogel worked for numerous prominent architects as Oscar Niemeyer in Rio de Janeiro, Rem Koolhaas at the OMA in Rotterdam, Peter Eisenman in NY, Richard Meier in NY and Montois Partners in Brussels. Bobby received international attention for his interesting designs. On many important competitions BF Architecture finished in the top 3 such as second prize for the Museum of Ethnography of Liget Budapest, the Brasilia athletic stadium. During his career he received many awards and is an active guest speaker at universities. He participated to the Venice Biennale of Architecture in collateral exhibition and parallel to the event. Lately he has been published in the book of “30 of the most relevant architect in the world.” Because of its great reputation, BF Architecture attracts many students as well. Because of the remarkable results for interns, BF Architecture has built a great reputation among universities. Therefore, he offers in-house student dorms for Erasmus students who want to come for a post-academic internship.
