Xiaojun Bu is the co-founder and chief architect of Atelier Alter Architects, a time architecture firm. He holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Harvard University's March II program and a Master's degree in Architecture from Tsinghua University. He is a registered architect in New York State. His work focuses on parameterized design and construction, and his industrial museum architecture collaboration includes the Yingliang Stone Archives, the Fujian Yingliang Stone Natural History Museum, and the Shengnong Museum, further advancing his exploration of transforming new architectural languages into architecture and winning numerous international awards. His works have been widely published internationally and have been invited to participate in international exhibitions and academic speeches multiple times. He has taught at Tsinghua University and Tianjin University for many years.
