Yana Grishchuk is a multidisciplinary designer and art director with over 15 years of international experience across graphic design, marketing, and visual communication. She has worked with both agencies and in-house teams in the U.S. and Europe, building a career grounded in aesthetic sensitivity, strategic thinking, and cross-industry adaptability. She is the founder of Delicate Matter, a design studio focused on thoughtful, high-performing visual solutions. Yana holds a Master of Arts in Graphic Design and serves as an AIGA Design Conference Committee Member. In addition to her design work, she maintains an independent art practice; her works are held in private collections across the United States.
